The FHH-317 is used for various purposes, such as tempering and sintering various types of metal. The slim type allows for excellent heat uniformity during processing. By combining unitized chambers, it is possible to configure a multi-chamber furnace suited to the process.

Features

  • The slim-type structure achieves excellent thermal uniformity during heating and cooling, and also shortens the heating and cooling time.
  • The rack and pinion transport system makes it possible to configure a furnace with three or more chambers.
  • Three types of heating modules with different temperature ranges and one type of cooling module are designed as standard. By combining these, we can propose the optimal equipment configuration for your process.
  • The heater in the heating chamber is controlled in 5 sections, achieving a high thermal uniformity of 1100±3℃.
  • A semi-automatic return line is included as standard for high productivity.
  • A specific data logger (optional) can be loaded onto the transport cart, making it possible to continuously measure product temperatures even in a continuous furnace.
